Low vitamin D is lined to suseptability to viruses.  So the facekini could well foster the spread of viral epidemics.

On the other hand, it is an equalizer.  By wearing a facekini, ugly gals are just as likely to be hit on for sex as pretty gals.  Not saying that is positive, just an equalizer.
